What do teachers think?

This page aims to present some views from teachers who have used the project materials or taken part in a training session.
We also include resources created by teachers that have been stimulated by the project themes.
As part of their multiplier events the UK team delivered two sessions to groups of Polish teachers. This is the feedback from their coordinator.
'Thank you for both sessions, very informative and well appreciated.
What is also highlighted by the Polish participants, is the quality and content of the website of the project. Yes, it's very well organized and easy to handle. Any teacher can go to the ready-made materials and/or inspirations and find some ideas to be used while working with students - congratulations for this professional source of substantive content. Mariola'

The UK delivered some of their multiplier events online in two parts and received feedback from some of the participants.

We also received a PowerPoint pressentation from a Teaching Assistant in a special school in Lincolnshire, showcasing the work that she had completed with various children, another wonderful example of the creativity of teaching staff.

EMOCIONARTE
This resource (in Spanish and English) was created by a teacher from Spain who attended one of our Multiplier Events. She subsequently used it with 3 year olds but we think it has applications for older pupils as well. Here is her introduction:

'Being aware of our emotions helps us to talk about our feelings, know ourselves and accept ourselves for who we are.  It can help us build better relationships in order to resolve or prevent conflict, increases empathy and improves our self-esteem. Art is a therapeutic way of using our emotions.  Colours have an effect on our emotions, so much so that they change how we act and how we feel. We use art as a way to express our emotions through verbal and non-verbal communication.  Art enables us to know and feel our emotions.'
